TERMS OF SALES (“TERMS”)

Standard Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Actxa Store. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it (not purchased in volume) within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging included. Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on the original payment method. Please also note the following:

• We will only remit refunds to a Singapore bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor's name/information. Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Singapore.
• Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. In this case, only in
  Singapore.
• Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Pricing and Price Adjustments

Actxa reserves the right to change product prices at any time, not limited to limited-time promotions or special sales events, and to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Once we receive your online order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or a binding agreement to sell. Actxa reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason. If an order is declined and cancelled by Actxa after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Product Availability and Limitations

Actxa reserves the right to modify product availability or quantities at any time, including after an order has been placed. In some cases, we may confirm an order but later find that the product is unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your order, it will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for details on how and when your order will be delivered. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Actxa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control once the product has left our facilities. We will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier for shipment. Ownership of the product transfers to you at this point, which will be confirmed by a shipment notification email. For any delivery concerns, please contact Actxa customer support for assistance.

Singapore Sales Only

The Actxa Store accepts orders with billing and shipping addresses within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping or deliver to freight forwarders. At this time, our products are not available for direct purchase outside of Singapore.

Consumers Only

The Actxa Store sells and ships products for personal use by end customers only. Purchases for resale are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it is intended for resale.

Export Restrictions

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. All purchases from the Actxa Store are subject to applicable export control laws. Products may not be exported to other countries or regions where prohibited by law. If you intend to export any Actxa product, it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary export licenses or government approvals before doing so.

Warranty Disclaimer

Actxa products may come with a limited warranty as outlined in the product packaging or our Warranty page. Except where required by law, Actxa disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Limitation of Liability

Actxa and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors and resellers are not liable for any of the following: 1) third-party claims against you for damages. 2) loss of or damage to your data. 3) special, incidental, or indirect damages or for any economic consequential damages, or consequential damages (including lost profits or savings), even if informed of the possibility. Actxa does not provide any other warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If any of the provisions of the foregoing are contrary to any relevant legislation, then that provision shall be deems excluded from the warranty and the rest of the provisions will continue to apply.

Errors and Omissions

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product information errors may occasionally occur. Actxa reserves the right to correct any such errors, even after an order has been submitted, and to cancel any order affected by such inaccuracies. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
