TERMS OF SALES (“TERMS”)

Eligibility to Purchase

Products sold through the Actxa online store are intended for personal consumer use only. Purchases for resale, redistribution, or commercial use are not permitted unless authorized in writing by Actxa.

Actxa reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, bulk purchasing, or unauthorized distribution.

Customers must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction or have consent from a legal guardian.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. Actxa reserves the right to:

- limit order quantities
- discontinue products
- substitute equivalent models
- cancel orders due to stock issues

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Actxa may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

This structure follows common global terms used by consumer electronics retailers, where availability and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in the selected currency and may exclude:

- shipping fees
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT or GST

Applicable charges will be calculated at checkout where possible.

Actxa reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing, Actxa may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be completed before order processing.

International Orders

Actxa offers international shipping to selected countries. Delivery timelines, customs duties, and import taxes vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not controlled by Actxa and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delivery refusal or return shipment.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Actxa reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

- payment failure
- fraud detection
- stock unavailability
- shipping restrictions
- pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery timelines, and logistics responsibilities are governed by the Shipping & Delivery. By placing an order, customers agree to those terms.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy. Return eligibility, return window, and shipping responsibilities are defined in that policy.

For orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, and European regions, returns may be accepted within thirty (30) days. For other regions, returns may be accepted within fourteen (14) days, subject to conditions set out in the Returns Policy.

Warranty

Warranty coverage and service procedures are governed by the Warranty & Service. Warranty claims, repair, and replacement conditions are defined in that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Actxa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the store.

Actxa’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Force Majeure

Actxa shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

- natural disasters
- supply chain disruptions
- courier delays
- customs delays
- regulatory restrictions

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local law provides additional protections, those rights shall prevail.
