Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ensure your Actxa order is delivered quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition. This policy outlines what to expect once you've made a purchase on the Actxa Official Online Store (shop.actxa.com).
Shipping Coverage
Actxa currently ships only within Singapore.
We do not support:
- International shipping
- Shipping to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses
All orders must have both billing and delivery addresses located in Singapore.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners. You will receive a shipment notification email once your item leaves our warehouse.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders above $100 (unless otherwise stated). A delivery fee may apply to smaller orders. Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your shipment tracking number
- Courier details
- Expected delivery window
If you do not receive this information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@actxa.com.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Inaccessible location
The courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact you. After repeated failed attempts, the item may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Ownership and Risk
Once your order is handed over to the delivery courier, title and risk of loss or damage transfer to you. Please inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage or signs of tampering, contact us immediately at support@actxa.com.
Undeliverable or Missing Orders
If you believe your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:
- Contact the courier using your tracking number for updates.
- If unresolved, reach out to Actxa within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
We will work with you and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note:
- We do not offer self-collection or in-store pickup.
- Delivery is available only on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
- We do not deliver to restricted areas such as military camps or secured government facilities.
