Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made directly through the Actxa online store. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. This policy is designed to align with international direct-to-consumer practices adopted by global consumer electronics and wearable brands operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned only if they are in original condition and suitable for resale. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components supplied with the product. The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse, and must not be paired to any user account where applicable.

Actxa reserves the right to inspect all returned products prior to approving any refund, exchange, or replacement. Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Products purchased from authorized distributors, resellers, or third-party marketplaces must be returned to the original place of purchase and are not covered under this policy.

Return Period by Region

Return eligibility depends on the destination country of delivery.

Orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Economic Area may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. This extended return window is provided as a commercial return policy.

Orders delivered to all other regions may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted outside the applicable return period may be rejected. The return period begins on the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier.

This return policy applies to change-of-mind returns and does not affect warranty coverage for defective products.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by Actxa prior to shipment. Customers must contact Actxa support and provide order details, reason for return, and supporting information where requested.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed. Actxa may provide return instructions, return address, and additional documentation required for processing.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for size changes, product variants, or replacements subject to availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.

For exchanges not related to defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement shipping fees may apply depending on destination and inventory location. Exchange shipments are treated as new shipments and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

For exchanges due to confirmed defects, Actxa may provide replacement shipping at its discretion. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on region and logistics availability.

Where direct exchange is not operationally feasible, Actxa reserves the right to process the request as a return and new order.

Warranty Returns

Products determined by Actxa to be defective within the warranty period may be eligible for repair or replacement. Warranty replacements may be shipped prior to receiving the defective unit, and customers may be required to return the original product within a specified timeframe.

If the defective product is not returned within the required period, Actxa reserves the right to charge the replacement value. Warranty replacements may be shipped from Singapore or regional fulfillment locations depending on availability.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping of defective units unless otherwise specified. Customs duties may apply to replacement shipments depending on destination regulations.

Replacement products will carry the remainder of the original warranty period or a minimum warranty period as required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take seven to fourteen business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Actxa error or product defect. Any return shipping charges, customs fees, or restocking costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Where a refund is issued, ownership of the returned product transfers to Actxa upon receipt.

Refused Deliveries


If a shipment is refused by the customer, including refusal due to customs duties, import taxes, or delivery charges, the shipment may be returned to Actxa. In such cases, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges may be deducted from any refund.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

- Products showing signs of use
- Items missing packaging or accessories
- Products damaged after delivery
- Customized or engraved products
- Sizing kits
- Items purchased through third-party retailers

Actxa reserves the right to determine eligibility for return.
