Return & Refund

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible to return your product under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Actxa Official Online Store (shop.actxa.com).

Sizing kits are considered consumables and, as such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

In the event of an order cancellation or refund request after the sizing kit has been shipped, the cost of the Sizing kit, based on the Suggested Retail Price (SRP), plus a $5 shipping fee, will be deducted from the refund.

Standard Return Policy

Products purchased online from the Actxa Store can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and remain sealed. (The product must not be paired to the Actxa App.)
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued based on your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Actxa Customer Support via support@actxa.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned without original packaging, opened or missing accessories
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Products purchased through third-party resellers or marketplaces
  • Health or hygiene-sensitive products if packaging has been opened

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed up to 30 days to your original payment method. Actual credit posting may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Issues or Defects

If you encounter any issues with your product, including defects, please contact us at support@actxa.com or visit our Service Center as outlined under the Warranty & Service section.

Important Notes:

  • Products
    must be returned through the method instructed by Actxa; in-person returns are not accepted.
  • Actxa does not offer pick-up or in-store returns.
  • Risk of loss or damage remains with the customer until the product reaches our warehouse.
