Limited Warranty

Actxa products purchased from the Actxa Store are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below.

  • The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
  • It does not apply to any (a) Actxa products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Actxa hardware product, (c) consumables (such as batteries), or (d) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product.
  • Brightness of OLED screen and product color consistency may vary from 1 batch to the other and such cases should not be treated as manufacturing or material defects.
  • It does not cover damage caused by:

- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

- Normal wear and tear

Our trained technicians will assess your product and, if covered by warranty, a replacement unit may be provided.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • The warranty is void if the product has been altered, repaired by unauthorized personnel, or damaged by improper use.
  • Actxa is not responsible for any loss of data or content during repair or servicing.
  • It does not apply to any (a) Actxa products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Actxa hardware product, (c) consumables (such as batteries), or (d) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product.
  • Brightness of OLED screen and product colour consistency may vary from 1 batch to the other and such cases should not be treated as manufacturing or material defects.

Consumer Rights

This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore consumer protection laws.
