Warranty & Service Policy
This Warranty and Service Policy governs warranty coverage, repair, replacement, and service procedures for products purchased directly from Actxa or authorized distributors. By purchasing and using Actxa products, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
This policy applies internationally and is intended to align with global direct-to-consumer practices for wearable devices and consumer electronics.
Warranty Coverage
Actxa warrants that products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising from normal consumer use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external causes.
If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received within the warranty period, Actxa will, at its discretion:
- repair the product
- replace the product with new or refurbished unit
- replace with equivalent model
- provide alternative resolution where repair is not feasible
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and may not be identical to the original product.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated, Actxa products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Replacement products provided under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Actxa support and provide:
- proof of purchase
- product serial number where applicable
- description of issue
- photos or videos where requested
Actxa may perform remote troubleshooting prior to approving warranty service. Customers may be required to update firmware, reset the device, or perform diagnostic steps.
Failure to complete troubleshooting steps may result in warranty claim rejection.
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Products reported as defective within the applicable return period will be treated as defective on arrival.
For orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Economic Area, defective products reported within thirty (30) days from delivery may be eligible for replacement.
For all other regions, defective products reported within fourteen (14) days from delivery may be eligible for replacement.
After the applicable period, warranty repair or replacement will apply at Actxa’s discretion.
Warranty Shipping
Where a product is confirmed defective, Actxa may arrange repair or replacement. Warranty replacements may be shipped from Singapore or regional fulfilment locations depending on availability.
Actxa may cover outbound shipping for warranty replacements at its discretion. Customers may be responsible for return shipping of defective units unless otherwise specified.
Customers must return defective products within the timeframe provided by Actxa. Failure to return the original product may result in charges equivalent to the replacement value.
Risk of loss for returned warranty products remains with the customer until received by Actxa.
International Warranty Service
Warranty service may be provided across borders. Customers may be required to ship products to designated service centres or return locations.
Warranty shipments may be subject to:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- clearance fees
- brokerage charges
These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Replacement units may be declared as warranty replacements where permitted. However, Actxa cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties.
Replacement and Repair
Actxa reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced. Replacement units may be:
- new
- refurbished
- equivalent model
- different colour or finish
Where repair or replacement is not possible, Actxa may offer refund or alternative resolution.
Replacement shipments are treated as new shipments and may follow standard shipping timelines.
Warranty Exclusion
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- normal wear and tear
- cosmetic damage
- scratches or dents
- battery degradation
- water damage outside rating
- misuse or abuse
- unauthorized modification
- third-party accessories
- software issues
- lost or stolen products
Products with removed or altered serial numbers may not be eligible for warranty.
Out of Warranty Service
Products outside the warranty period may be eligible for paid repair or replacement. Actxa will provide quotation before proceeding with out-of-warranty service.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for out-of-warranty service unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
To the extent permitted by law, Actxa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws. Where local law provides additional warranty protections, those rights shall prevail.
